Love is already in the air at Nisa

Nisa is helping retailers across the country prepare for an influx of lovestruck shoppers in the lead up to Valentine’s Day with a range of decadent deals.

This year, the event falls on a Friday so a large focus will be placed on dining in to capitalise on those shoppers planning a to spend the special date night in the comfort of their own home.

Throughout January, Nisa retailers were able to pre-order a new Co-op ‘steak, chips and dessert’ meal solution, which will be available in stores from Monday 10th February and comprises Co-op’s Ranch steak (twin pack), Co-op fries 250g and Co-op Irresistible Melt in the Middle Chocolate Pudding (twin pack) for just £6. 

And in the week leading up to Valentine’s Day itself, a great range of delectable deals will be available with everything shoppers need for a romantic night in for two.

With shoppers likely to trade up for the occasion, Nisa has invested in some fantastic premium ranges for gifting to encourage increased spending which include many options from the beers, wines and spirits category.

To support the host of great gifting ideas, retailers will be provided with a range of eye-catching POS, shelf edge labels, gondola ends and more, to add some theatre to stores and grab the attention of shoppers.

Nisa’s head of marketing, Philippe Rondepierre, said: “Valentine’s Day is the first real opportunity in the 2020 calendar for retailers to encourage shoppers to spend some of their discretionary income.

“Concentrating our deals on ambient and licensed lines gives our retailers maximum opportunity to provide their shoppers with a range of gifting options for every budget.
