Nisa offers retailers sparkling new deals with Cider Festival event

The event, which is always popular with retailers and shoppers alike, will run in stores from the 10th to 29th July and will support Nisa partners in generating additional sales with competitive pricing and offers on a wide range of ciders. The promotion will be supported with themed marketing materials and POS including shelf talkers, hanging signs, posters and gondola ends to help retailers create in-store theatre and draw attention to the category. 

The Cider Festival is now a well-established event within Nisa and is part of a range of similar promotions including the Gin and Wine Festivals held throughout the year.

With demand for refreshing, fruity ciders soaring, Nisa retailers can snap up the competitive prices on lines including the Rekorderlig Botanicals Rhubarb & Lemon and Grapefruit & Rosemary bottles at 2 for £4 and the new Thatchers Rosé 4x440ml at £5.50.

Other customer favourites on promotion during the festival include Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime 10x330ml at £10, Old Mout Cider Kiwi & Lime 10x330ml at £10, Rekorderlig Strawberry & Lime and Wild Berries 500ml ciders at 2 for £4 and Strongbow Original 10x440ml at £9. Nisa’s Trading Controller for beer, ales and cider, Sam Yeadon, said: “Research tells us that over a quarter of cider shoppers are on a treat mission and so it’s important for retailers to highlight promotions and offers to drive increased basket spend.

“Following on from the success of our Cider Festival over the last few years, we are confident this event will provide a competitive offer for our partners and their customers with some market-leading deals on a wide range of ciders.”
