Following the success of the new Nisa television advert, which aired in December 2011, the company has announced that it will be back on air from 23rd April to help further build the Nisa brand. The adverts are a mixture of 30 and 10 second ads and will run until 27th May.
The advert, which was transmitted for the first time in December, aired from the 26th December until the 22nd January and communicated the Big Night In theme to consumers highlighting that Nisa stores are able to provide everything customers need for the stay at home meal occasion.
It was announced in December that Nisa would be back on TV a number of times this year as part of the company’s dedicated consumer marketing strategy.
The results of the Christmas/winter television campaign has shown that the TV advert reached 27.1million adults at least once and of those adults, 13.7million were reached at least four times. The campaign featured in a number of high profile television programmes such as Boxing Day’s episode of Coronation Street which reached 4.9million adults and this year’s Dancing on Ice debut programme reaching 4.3million adults.
John Heagney, Group Symbol Director commented: “This is the fourth burst of television advertising from Nisa in just 16 months, being on TV for eight months in that period. We know our members and they know their customers and television advertising is an important tool to help us promote the Nisa brand. The advert helps people to understand Nisa, recruits new members and increase footfall in members’ stores.”
